Description

The easiest way to fix Load cells “to the floor” is to mount them on our 550MPa C45 Zinc Plated Steel BASE PLATES and then bolt the Base Plate to the floor. Shear Beam Load cells, especially High Capacity models, require large “hold down” forces in the bolts and our range of 550MPa HT steel base plates have been designed and teamed with the right grade of bolts to  provide you with a safe mounting arrangement. 

We have base plates for all our GK2107 Series of Shear Beam Load cells. The base plates for other Shear Beam models in our extensive Gedge Range are currently in the works.
